These terms govern use of the website at niclogistics.store and of the Kass Visionary service, operated by KASS VISIONARY LLC ("we", "us"). By using the website or the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Kass Visionary is business software provided on a subscription. Access is provided under the plan and order the subscribing business accepts. Where an order conflicts with these terms, the order controls for that account.

2. Accounts

Subscribers are responsible for the users they invite, for keeping credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the records they enter. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Fees

Plans are billed as described on the pricing page or in the order: monthly in advance, or annually in advance at the annual rate. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. We may change plan pricing on 30 days' notice before a renewal.

4. Customer data

Records a subscriber enters belong to the subscriber. We process them to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. Subscribers can export their data at any time while the account is active.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or the service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, submitting unlawful content, or using automated means to send bulk messages through them.

6. Intellectual property

The service, the Kass Visionary name and logo, and the content of this website belong to KASS VISIONARY LLC or its licensors.

7. Professional responsibility

Kass Visionary does not provide trade, legal, tax or accounting advice. Subscribers remain responsible for the licenses, permits and insurance their work requires and for the documents they issue.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and the service are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and KASS VISIONARY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end a monthly subscription at the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
