This policy explains what information KASS VISIONARY LLC ("Kass Visionary", "we", "us") collects through the website at niclogistics.store and the Kass Visionary service, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you send us. When you request a demo, contact us or create an account we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
Account and service data. Customers using Kass Visionary store business records in the service: customers, jobs, estimates, invoices and related documents. That data belongs to the customer and is processed under the customer's agreement with us.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.
2. How we use information
- To provide and support the service and answer your requests.
- To send service notices and, if you ask for them, product updates.
- To keep the website and the service secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the website and the service: hosting, email delivery, payment processing and SMS delivery. They may use the information only to provide those services to us. Demo requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. Customer account data for the life of the account and a short period after, unless the customer asks for earlier deletion.

6. Security
The website and the service are served over HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to support you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will post changes to this policy here and update the date above. Material changes are announced to account holders by email.
